With deep expertise in psychometric assessment and talent strategy, he has previously consulted for IBM Kenexa and SHL and held senior global roles, including Head of Global Assessment at Philip Morris International and the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he led enterprise-wide assessment frameworks to enhance hiring quality and leadership development.

A Chartered Psychologist, Saqib has also worked with leading global organizations to design and implement assessment solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Now, as Senior Psychologist at Assess Candidates, he oversees the growth of the business and the quality of the platform’s evidence-based assessment tools, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and aligned with best practice.

Saqib also plays a key role in reviewing and verifying technical content on the Assess Candidates website, ensuring that all materials are accurate, insightful, and grounded in scientific research for employers to make more effective, data-driven hiring decisions.
